Getting a date for the medical proved harder than expected, owing to the festive season and the fact that DVLA initially communicated with you by land mail rather than e-mail. Once I had asked them to expidite things, all was good.
Dr Jutley was excellent and very professional. He explained things and was friendly and helpful, putting me at ease.
