Had to chase my order because it hadn't arrived in the 3-5 working days specified. I was told that there had been a mistake with the order and it had to be re-ordered. Would have been nice to have been told this without having to chase it up. Second attempt was fine though, arrived promptly and I am very happy with the jacket purchased.
