On confirmation of the order it flashed up ERROR!! So I repeated the whole process again.
Imagine my horror when I received 2 confirmed order emails with different order numbers. I emailed them immediately and they responded and refunded & cancelled the second order straight away.
So an excellent company to deal with when things go wrong.
