J'ai envoyé une relance réclamation car une des boucle d'oreilles n'avait pas la pierre ni dans l écrin. On m'a répondu que l'on me retournerai le produit mais j'attends toujours ce retour. Et cela bien avant Noël. Je suis déçue. Et mon adresse de livraison est bien sur Orléans 45000. Je n'ai plus de nouvelle la facture ayant bien été prélevée.
