Grundsätzlich wollten wir die Kette behalten da dies ein Weihnachtsgeschenk war und haben dies bemängelt, aber selbst bei einem Austausch kann nicht sicher gestellt werden das dass Produkt nicht wieder den selben Mangel hat.
Das ist absolut nicht zufriedenstellend.
Fazit: Wir haben die Kette zurück gesandt. Gerne hätte wir die Kette behalten.
