This feels a little like a scam. The bracelet I received is low quality and I tried to return it, as guaranteed on the website. However, several pieces of paperwork must be printed and completed for the return and the merchandise and paperwork need to be mailed to Austria within 30 days, which is prohibitively expensive - twice the cost of the purchase - from the United States.
