Great products but poor customer service. Their instructions for return shipping is very vague and does not directly tell you to contact them to get a return label. In fact, they state that return shipping is included in your refund, however, they actually charge you $30 for the return label provided by them. This still would have been good to know, so I didn’t end up wasting $180 on return shipping to them. When I contacted customer support with proof, they refused to refund me for shipping due to “accounting purposes.” They offered a whopping 25% off my next purchase, which I won’t be using. I really like their products, but will not support this business after this poor experience.
