Service van Holzkern is slecht. Ik kocht een horloge dat vanaf dag één niet werkt , maar klantenservice doet alsof het beschadigd is. Retourneren is mogelijk, maar ik krijg alleen een tegoedbon. Geld terug is niet mogelijk.
