The business is non telephone contact, all Bots and email only. If you are unhappy….forget it and byeee is basically all the outcome shall be. Personally? - I eventually gave up, the various emails offered no reasonable resolution to my issues with the incorrect product, even a simple request for them to intervene and assure me that ordering a correct replacement would be managed and ensured by them, the answer was simply ‘we will get it right the next time’, not much use to me and certainly not trustworthy in the context that they messed up in the first place? Basically ‘order again and I’m sure we should get it right’. So, I’ve given up and simply wish to warn others.
