Ich habe eine Moondance limited Edition Uhr gekauft. Diese ist mir von grob 40cm Höhe runter gefallen und das Glas ist kaputt gegangen. Nach einer Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es kein Garantiefall ist. Bei einer solchen Fallhöhe glaube ich schon, dass es ein Produktionsfehler war. Aber das ganze ist auch komplett egal, weil Ersatzteile gibt es für die Uhr eh keine....
Wieso bringt man eine Uhr raus und hat dann keine Ersatzteile für diese mehr da?
