Malheureusement, le choix d'un livreur américain (bravo le sentiment européen) sans scrupules, FedEx, entraîne une non-livraison assortie de nombreux mensonges et de prétextes plus fallacieux les uns que les autres. Un mois de palabres pour obtenir un remboursement.
Le colis, évidemment, a été volé par un livreur; problème fréquent.
