Got the wrong model delivered, contacted support. Exchanging it would've taken up to 5 weeks. Since we were moving to a different residence that was no option. Sent the ring back for a refund 3 weeks later still no refund. Suddenly received a message from dhl that the package is on it's way, to the address I no longer live at. Still no money and support wants me to send the other ring back which I obviously do not have.
Here's the edit you asked for after your horrendous reply. If you have eyes and look at my order of the dark grey ring and then place that next to the picture of the ring i received, you can see it's the silver ring instead. You should be given 0 stars for this atrocity of a service. Give me my money back already, you've made a sending mistake twice now. And didn't inform anyone in the company of the e-mails i sent with my wishes to refund due to moving.
