DO NOT purchase if living in the US and potentially need to return/exchange items. Their “fine print” says free returns but it is only for domestic purchases (Austria). Purchased some sunglasses that unfortunately did not fit my face and tried to return but learned it would have cost me the price of glasses to return ship. I spoke with them and pointed out where it stated “free returns” for premium club members but they stated for local shipping only. I would have never purchased otherwise.
