Wir haben die Uhr geordert, soweit so gut. Als wir dann aber die Schachtel öffneten, haben wir gesehen das im Armband ein Holzstück fehlte. Das haben wir moniert und ehrlich gesagt der Service war alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Zu guter Letzt haben wir das Stück auswechseln lassen und erst einmal auf unsere Kosten bezahlt. Wir hoffen das wir wenigstens das Geld erstattet bekommen. Die Endkontrolle sollte besser arbeiten, damit so etwas nicht bei anderen Kunden passiert!
