Ich hatte mir 2 Uhren zur Auswahl bestellt, hatte dies extra so in der Bestellung angegeben. Eine habe ich behalten (die ist wirklich wunderschön) die andere ging wie angekündigt zurück. 1 Stern weil ich mindestens 20min suchen musste bevor ich dieses Rücksendeformular gefunden hatte (Link in Email verwies auf eine nicht mehr vorhandene Seite). Alles ausgefüllt abgeschickt, ok. Dann der Schock, ich habe nicht mein Geld zurück bekommen, sondern nur einen Gutschein. Sorry aber das geht gar nicht. Ich will mein Geld zurück!
