Schlechter Service im Retourenfall:
- Kundenservice antwortet nur mit vorgegebenen Textbausteinen und nicht individuell
- mein retournierter Artikel sollte ausgetauscht werden, stattdessen wurde meine Bestellung ohne eine Rückmeldung oder Information an mich storniert
- bei negativen Bewertungen versucht Holzkern die Kunden zu beeinflussen
Fazit: nur hier bestellen, wenn man in Hinblick auf das bestellte Produkt kompromissbereit ist, das großzügige Angebot zum Austauschen wird nicht eingehalten.
