This is a beautifully designed watch, unfortunately it arrived faulty, the stop watch does not work! Very disappointing the gift has had to go back and hopefully a fully working watch will be replaced! Disturbing to be told that we will be given a credit if it can not be fixed or replaced? A refund for a item that is not fit for perpose will be required.
