Dreadful. Pictures are deceiving and you don’t get what’s actually promised. Offered of returning my bracelet and being issued a voucher to spend on a more expensive one. Birthday gift it’s spoiled anyway so no point in doing that. Will never shop with them again and will will make sure others don’t make my mistake. ☹️
