There is a scratch on the watch face. The chronograph doesn’t work. There is no customer service phone number. I filled out the return form and sent it back. It cost me $33.05 US in shipping costs. I want reimbursement for $245.90 for the watch and gift bag and $33.05 for shipping costs.
