Needed new watch strap to replace broken one, Holzkern asked for photos so they could give me correct part number, they sent the wrong strap ! They apologised and said for me to return it using the link they sent . I returned it and the tracking shows Holzkern received it on 03 .12.24 . I've emailed many times but no response !! They have my money but haven't supplied the replacement strap . Holzkern have just been in touch & said due to a technical error they hadn't received my emails & will resolve the issue !! If they do , I will gladly amend the review to 5 stars as previous interactions with myself and my son have been very good .
