Ich habe das Armband jetzt bereits zweimal zurück gesendet, da der Stein unschöne Risse aufweist, für den Preis habe ich wirklich bessere Qualität erwartet.
Leider zeigt sich der Kundenservice wenig kooperativ, selbst bei der zweiten Bestellung wurde trotz ausdrücklicher bitte darauf zu achten ein Armband ohne Risse zu versenden, wieder eines mit Rissen geschickt. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht.
