"Natural" products just means they're allowed to have defects and send items that don't match their photos without having to stand behind their product. What I received didn't look anything like the photos, and it costs $30+ to return the items for a refund. Was also semi-harassed into getting an exchange rather than refund until I insisted I did not want another item and give me back my money.
