Worst experience ever. The company takes your money and doesn’t deliver the products. You can email them countless times and your problem doesn’t get resolved and they will not provide instructions for how to get a refund. Update as of 1/3, it has been over a month since my purchase and I still have not received my watches despite spending multiple hours trying to get Holzkern to work with UPS to resolve the problem. The problem was not the holidays as Holzkern stated, but them not providing the correct documentation. If something goes wrong with your order, do not expect this company to make any real effort to help resolve it. They will just send you responses saying they will get to it, but never get any results. Once they get your money they seem to think the transaction is over and they do not actually have to give you what you ordered.
