If I could leave a negative star, I would. The customer service seemed supportive at the beginning, but after being told I would receive a replacement watch for the one that was lost at Customs, they have gone radio silent and will not provide me with a new tracking number or confirmation that my charge will be reversed for never receiving product. I am incredibly disappointed, frustrated and saddened that no more effort was made to help. FedEx cannot help me and directed me back to Holzkern and Holzkern wants to say there is nothing they can do, even though the shipment was insured. If you are in the US, do not purchase from this company.
