I have not received my order. I tried getting in touch with fed ex and they said I had to reach out to Holzern. Holzkern said there was nothing they could do about it that I had to wait for fed ex to figure it out on there own. This was a Christmas present for a kid. Ordered 10/12 (currently 1/9). They have been in Oakland CA, since the 12th as well so the excuse of bad weather in the middle of the country didn't make any sense. Will update this review if my purchase ever arrives.
