Ma commande est arrivée avec le mauvais produit, le service client a très mal géré l'envoi du bon produit, cela est arrivé avec plus d'une semaine de retard, la livraison a été repoussé sans cesse.
La surprise d'anniversaire a donc été totalement gâchée.
Le Service client est très difficilement joignable.
