Utterly unresponsive and completely unaccountable. This site is a disgrace, and I will never shop with them again. My package was stuck for weeks in California despite me paying extra for expedited shipping. When I contacted this sham of a company to address the delay, it took them several days to muster up a response—a response that was devoid of any apology or accountability. They didn’t even bother to offer a refund for the extra shipping fee I paid in good faith. This is nothing short of a scam operation masquerading as a business. Avoid at all costs.
