I messaged them about my issues of my watch and they provided no solutions. Even though there was no resolution of my complaints, customer support immediately resolved my request with following message:
Your request has just been marked as "resolved" and if necessary we will take the next steps for internally processing it further.
Edit: After posting my review I was contacted by their team with the same information from my original complaint. They asked me to change my review. It is clear what the team prioritizes. Do not buy from them.
