Das Produkt ist einwandfrei und wunderschön, nur leider geht der Service meiner Meinung nach so gar nicht. Ich hatte den Artikel direkt vor einer großen Rabat Aktion gekauft und hatte gefragt, ob ich diesen Rabatt noch anrechnen könnte. Holzkern hat dies abgelehnt und wollte, dass ich die Artikel zurückschicke und Neu Bestelle, was für eine Verschwendung von Ressourcen…
Ich dachte, dass Holzkern mehr auf die Nachhaltigkeit achten würde.
