We are returning customers that absolutely love your pieces. This time around has not been a good experience. I ordered a necklace for my wife back on 3/11, paid for the 2-3day delivery and it's still not here. Don't know what going on with shipping. Not happy. When I let you all know about it, all you said was " we were in contact with our shipping partner and they said it's still on the way." You think you would have sent another to see if this come theough quicker but....guess not. Not a happy returning customer.
