I did not like the look of the two bracelets I ordered. I want to return them. The process for a return is ridiculous. You have to fill out a form and if you want them to give you a label that’s another form and $30 shipping. This company purposely makes it difficult to return items so you won’t return them. I will never buy anything here again. Now I’m out $260 unless I want to jump through hoops and spend an hour of my time to do all this. They charged my card very quickly but I have to bend over backwards and wait weeks to get my money back. Not good business.
