Le colis est arrivé complètement abîmé. Le collier que j’ai commandé n’est pas le bon, en dehors de sa boîte. La qualité est mauvaise.
J’ai renvoyé ce collier avec le bon de renvoi reçu il y a deux semaines, je n’ai toujours pas de nouvelles concernant le retour ni mon remboursement. Je suis très mécontente de cet achat et de la prise en charge. Je ne recommande PAS DU TOUT.
