The people working at home depot must have nightmares. They are rude and their excuses are moronic. I ordered somethings online because it said they had 23 in stock. The 2 items were for a project. The main item was supposed to be in stock with 23 items. The order was confirmed. Then I got an email saying it wasn't available but the other item was confirmed and payment was being processed...I couldn't use 1 without the other. When I called, I was told there was a discrepancy...what ..they said they had 23. Instead of telling me that they screwed up and offer a rain check, they said it was a discrepancy and I was screwed and no raincheck but they still put a charge through for the other item. They were rude, unapologetic and basically total idiots...wouldn't let me talk to a manager. Don't waste your time with ordering on line. The underpaid in store staff are ok but the company is a disgrace. I will never go there again. The business model is doomed.
