The worst experience with online shoping. I got an electric ranger from Home Depot. It came after 10 days. They drop it and said we can’t turn it on and have to wait for glasses to get to the same temperature as room. After a few hours , the lower oven didn’t warm up at all.I couldn’t turn of the light in either ovens and the oven looked second hand and used. It took me more than 10 days to get to customer service and request to pick the oven . I waited for another 10 days and I didn’t get anybody called again they had put order to replace instead of return. Finally after one month they came and took it . They didn’t give me any recipe or confirmation number. They didn’t return my money back to Home Depot credit card. I was charged intrest . It took me 3 hours from one extension to another and bing hang out a couple of times till I to actually find a human to talk . They returned the money but fir intrest , they asked me to send the home depot credit card statement for them to pay that back . You have to spend lots of time and pay for their mistakes. And I was so tired and exhausted I an gonna pay the rest of credit card then shredded it and never go back there.
