Worst phone customer service or should i say no customer service at all. So disappointed as I bought most of our stuff for reno from them. I ordered my vanity online ahead to make sure it arrived on time, it arrived early than expected except that porcelain sink are in so many pieces. Spoke with someone over the phone and she offered a discount if i keep the vanity! Why would I keep something I cannot use! The delay will set me back another 2 weeks to completion as it will take that long to get another one & now would have to pay extra for the contractor/plumber to install it. She placed me on hold for 30 mins, I believe they do this purposely so you’ll just end up giving up & they wont have to deal with the problem! Lesson learned, Never again!
