The Memphis Home Depot store on Popular Avenue store has consistently disappointed me very time I have had deliveries ship from their store. The first time I ordered a storage house and on the day it was to be shipped I received a call saying the order was cancelled. After several call to customer service and the Memphis store the order was re-instated. On ****, I purchase on line ,building materials and paid extra to have them delivered on May *. On May * I received an email saying the order was delayed and that and would arrived on May * between *:** Am and **:** AM. When items had not arrive by **:** am I pulled up the tracking I found that the items had not been sent. I called customer service and was handed over to Tiffany, who informed me that the truck that was to transport the items to my house had left my order behind. She handed me over to a supervisor who told me that all she could do was find out why my order was left behind. The Supervisor didn't seem to care that they had already disappointed me twice and scheduled the delivery for May * ( * day Late). She also accused me of being rude because I complained about the lousy service I was receiving and Hung up on me.
