I have been The Home Depot customer for a long time. Last December,2023, I purchased a laundry machine , and supposed to be delivered on the 30th of December, but the shipping company, didn’t call to confirm internet 2 hours before they wanted to deliver the machine. I was not home, and they supposed to arrange 24 hours prior. I told them I am not home and you should had call me to confirm the date and time. Since then, the shipping company has been delaying to ship the machine since then.
Just recently I went to the store and explained to the store associate Veltza, she showed empathy and was surprised what was happening from the shipping company. She called the shipping company and they said that apparently they don’t have the unit. Anyways, Veltza, rearranged everything and called me the next day to confirm that the machine will be delivered on the 25th of January. Today is 22 January, the shipping company called me again and they said that it’s going to be delayed again. This nonsense should had never happened from The Home Depot, I have tossed the old laundry machine and we had to pay Laundry store to wash our clothes. Very very disappointed and unsatisfied
