We purchased an American Standard toilet from Home Depot because the companies (both) have good reviews; however, the toilet kept running and wasting water and when I contacted Home Depot they said I could return it!!!!! Are they kidding??? I have already paid to have the toilet installed,
am I supposed to pay again to have it uninstalled in order to return it? Ridiculous!
