Just getting started really! customer service doing what it's meant to do, and some of them do seem that tiny bit more enthusiastic, which is actually nice. overall though, so far, i’ve only had proper help – and i honestly appreciate that a lot. i've seen a bit of optimism, encouragement, and even a fair bit of tolerance, especially in moments where i thought i might’ve been pushing the rules a bit too far – but turns out i wasn’t. So for now, i'm just gonna keep learning, and if my view on them ever shifts in a big way, then yeah, i'll drop a bad rating if it comes to that. but honestly, right now it feels like these guys at hyrotrader really do deserve this good one.
