I purchased 10 kondor seed potatoes (£20) they were absolute rubbish 4 of them were the size of a 50pcoin and they were all riddled with holes. How they were ever classed as certified seed is beyond me. They weren't even fit for the compost heap . People on Facebook also thought the same
