Really disappointed that no option to collect is still available. I am not prepared to £10 extra for a DPD delivery from chesterfield to Mansfield. It makes the option of making your own wine quite expensive. Cant get in touch with anyone, customer service has gone out the window!! Love brewing you have been solid as a rock for 10 years I have been using you, but in the last 4 months something has changed. It looks like an alternative supplier for me if you cant sort yourself out. A very disappointed loyal client!! (that has a competitor wine shop less than a mile away)
