Love my notches. I have just ordered my second bracelet, and after I had ordered I realised I had ordered the wrong cord. Messaged customer service and it was all sorted straight away at no extra charge. My second bracelet and notches arrived yesterday and they look amazing. Highly recommend this company, the products are excellent quality.
