I originally ordered a chair for my (very tall teenage son). When it arrived we realised the model we'd ordered wasnt suitbale for him. Emily @OfficeBoffins was extremely helpful with arranging for the return of the chair and its refund. We then ordered a chair with a height adjustable back which was delivered within a few days. Quality of both chairs was very good. Very pleased with their products and level of customer service.
