Our visit to the shop was delightful. We were well looked after and given information and advice. Choosing our sofa became an experience rather than a task to tick off the list. We were offered coffee while we sat and made our decision and subsequent purchase. We were kept up to date via email as to how everything was progressing and today we took delivery of our beautifully designed and crafted Hepburn sofa that looks even more stunning than we anticipated. The delivery men were professional, cheerful and helpful arriving within the two hour slot despite issues on the motorway. An excellent experience all round.
