We wanted a couple of comfy sofas that had that worn in look and were made of decent grade leather, we looked around and hit on the Old Boot. We visited their showroom in Fulham and were impressed by the quality of the leather and the fact the frames are made of Beech hard wood and the soft sales approach - very welcome. We ordered our Sofa, had a back up phone call from Andy going through the details and then it arrived in a short time. The delivery men were good professionals and got the sofas in with little effort and in good humour plus were very friendly. A couple of weeks later we had a little problem with one seat cover and it was resolved and returned within 3 working days with emails and phone calls to ensure we were happy with the service. It is a relief to have a company that actually cares about their customers and the fact they care about resolving any issues you may have is a breath of fresh air where others grab the money and show little interest thereafter.
