A truly superb shopping experience. Informative, considerate staff who know their products well. From my first enquiry, all the way through to delivery I was kept updated about the progress of my order. I originally purchased, but have to say it feels like an "adoption" as its such a personal experience, a Howard snuggler and chair. When they arrived I immediately telephoned an order through for an additional sofa and a bespoke footstool, as I was so pleased with my furniture. Delivery was prompt, efficient and again I was kept completely updated on time scales. I haven't anything but praise for a delightful experience and such well made, super looking furniture.
