Exceptional customer service from Old Boot Sofas when our puppy chewed and damaged the cushions on our 'Howard' sofa. We rang and explained our predicament, sent the leather covers back and they repaired them so they were good as new and returned them to us, all at no cost. You just wouldn't get that kind of response from the big retailers. Amazing. Thank you Old Boot Sofas! I would recommend you to anyone looking for a distinctive, high quality, sensibly priced sofa backed up with unrivaled customer service. Why go anywhere else?!
