I ordered my historian bed settee online. Within a day I had a call to explain exactly how the settee was made, how to look after it, when it would delivered. I asked for a specific delivery date which was a tight turnaround and they rang me back within an hour, said yes and it went brilliantly from there. An email to confirm progress. A call from delivery company to arrange delivery. I needed the settee for a specific weekend and was out of the country, I also live in a very hard to find location. The delivery team made a special trip (twice); found the house, rang me to confirm it was correct and left the settee as agreed very securely and having cleared up my garage a bit! They were excellent from start to finish and the settee is lovely, slightly firm but comfy and the bed is good. All round they were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them confidently.
