Placed my order for a Historian Sofa in the clearance only to find out 10 minutes later that I and someone else had purchased the same sofa well Old Boots called and explained what had happened they offered a refund or to make me the same sofa they gave me options having a refund or a sofa so I went with having a sofa.They sent me leather samples to choose from kept me informed of how long it would take to make the sofa and how long for delivery.Delivery day arrived for which I was contacted from the delivery service all I can say what a great service delivery men where absolutely fantastic without their perseverance this sofa would not be in my sitting room fantastic service I wish more delivery men had the patience these guys had as for my sofa absolutely fantastic exactly want I wanted all I can say you get what you pay for I would buy from Old Boots again without hesitation thank you Zoe and the team from Old Boots
