We ordered a Bookworm chair 08/09/24, but changed our mind on the colour after we received a sample of the leather we had ordered. Great customer service here and Emma and Zoe were keen to make sure we were going to be happy with our choice. Paid balance 23/10/24 a week ahead of the chair being finished and the chair was actually delivered 12/11/24. Very pleased indeed with our choice, lovely leather and colour and the seat cushion backing is very stylish too. The chair is smaller than we had envisaged, but that’s down to us as we had all the measurements, and actually it fits our space much better than we had hoped. The chair is very comfortable we think it looks great in our sitting room. In all a very positive experience ordering from this small British company.
